Coordinate with management in the planning and scheduling activities of the personnel working in production to produce clinker and cement, according to specifications and production goals.

Coordinate shipping of finished products, incoming materials and fuels and monitor inventories of raw materials.
BS Science or Engineering, 5+ years experience as supervisor/manager capacity in similar operation.

Mining Engineer
Responsibilities
Assist in performing mine engineering and mine planning activities.
Work and communicate with other engineering disciplines to complete corporate projects.
Develop an understanding of the cement and aggregate manufacturing process to improve efficient mining methods; also understand changes to the plant’s manufacturing chemistry and how it impacts the mineral requirements and reserves.
Estimate mineral deposits and develop proper life of mine design.
Develop and annually revise mine plans.
Oversee mining projects such as exploratory drilling or rock mechanics.
Evaluate mining operations to optimize equipment usage and operations.
Perform surveying and plant inventory functions as required with varying survey equipment.
Interface with company managers and contractors.
Perform exploration and exploratory work on prospects and new mining sites.
Work with the environmental division to develop and maintain mining operations to remain in compliance with local and federal agencies.
Operate as a commercial drone pilot operate remote drones for aerial survey work.
Qualifications
BS Mining Engineering,  Civil Engineering or Geosciences. 
Familiarity with MSHA and OSHA regulations preferred.
Supervisory experience in open pit mining preferred.
Familiarity with mining software and AutoCAD preferred.
Must be willing to acquire FAA drone pilot certification.
Highly organized self-starter, ability to maintain multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Environmental Engineer
Responsibilities:
Promote and adhere to all plant safety protocols.
Administer the company program and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Engage in environmental projects, act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, and accompany inspectors during site visits.
Ensure compliance with environmental permits and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide information and assistance to regulatory agencies as needed.
Assist in preparing environmental reports, renewals, surveys, and questionnaires.
Audit data acquisition systems and implement necessary adjustments.
Oversee compliance with Corporate Environmental Policy and ISO 14001 Certification requirements.
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend warning labels, instructions, and safety signage.
BS Environmental Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of environmental experience in cement, mining, or related industries, with direct regulatory agency interaction.
Strong decision-making skills with sound judgment.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
Familiarity with environmental programs, policies, and practices relevant to cement manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the Maintenance Department, including personnel and projects.

Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
